Delivery Information
We prioritise efficiency and customer satisfaction in our delivery services. The delivery method and cost depend on your order and location. A staff member will contact you to confirm details and keep you informed throughout the process.
Delivery Method: We use crane lorries with a grab of 5m for delivery of our 1 ton bags.Loose orders of 5-10 ton or greater, please contact our office.
Pre-Delivery Check: We will check your address and Eircode to ensure delivery feasibility.
Access Requirements: Ensure clear access for our delivery truck on the delivery day. Our lorries cannot travel over grassed areas, public footpaths, or public amenities.
Lead Time
Typical Lead Time: 1-3 working days. Allow at least this time to avoid disappointment.
Delivery Charges
Cork City and Surrounding Areas: As per you Eircode (Please feel free to verify your details).
Nationwide: Pallet delivery by courier, will incur delivery charges, please contact the office for further information. Lead time is 4-5 days, with tracking if available.
Limitations/exceptions
Loose or Bulk product. Please contact our office.
Important Information for Deliveries:
Kerb-Side Delivery: We offer kerb-side delivery or to the nearest accessible point. Prepare in advance to avoid refusal and additional transport charges. Our truck has a reach/grab of approximately 5m from the side and rear of the vehicle.
Liability: We are not liable for damages if delivery instructions are outside standard kerb-side drop-off. Ensure access routes can withstand an 18-tonne vehicle.
Special Requests: Any request to lift goods over obstacles must be agreed upon prior to delivery. Inform us of any obstacles that may restrict delivery.

Returns
Restocking Charge: Decorative Stone/Gravel Tonne Bags have a €30 restocking charge if in good condition. Topsoil and Compost Tonne Bags are non-refundable.
